✨ All children must be signed in at Before School Care and signed out at After School Care using our sheet. ✨ For Before School Care, children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver for sign-in. ​ ✨ If you plan to apply for a WINZ subsidy, please contact our office to discuss the next steps. ✨ Please inform the programme if your child will be absent. If we need to call you to confirm, a phone call fee will apply. ✨Ensure you have a backup plan if you cannot collect your child by 6 pm; late fees will be charged for pick-ups after this time. Refer to our Fee Schedule for details. ✨For children attending early after school sessions, if collection is later than the scheduled time, we will invoice the difference between the early session and the full session. A separate invoice will be sent. ✨ To change permanently booked days, move to casual bookings, or withdraw from the programme, five business days’ notice is required via email. Manaaki Whaanau staff are not responsible for notifying head office. ✨Casual bookings made on the day of care will be charged at the casual rate, even if your child is absent. ✨ Only individuals listed on your child’s authorised pick-up list can collect your child. Written permission is required for anyone else. For regular pickups, add the person to your child’s authorised list. Your child’s safety is our priority. ✨ Early School Finish: Information regarding early school finishes will be sent in advance. Children booked on these days are expected at the adjusted time unless otherwise advised.
